Every MetaPCs system comes with lifetime service and support from our in-store technicians. Whether your PC needs a tune-up, a software fix, or just a cleaning, bring it in and we'll take care of it — no appointment necessary. Walk-ins are always welcome.

1-Year Hardware Warranty

All MetaPCs builds include a standard 1-year hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures. If something fails under normal use within the first year, we'll diagnose, repair, or replace the part — on us.

This covers your CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, storage, power supply, and all other installed components.

Want extra peace of mind? Extend your hardware coverage to 2 or 3 years at the time of purchase. Extended warranty plans give you continued protection against hardware failures well beyond the standard coverage window.

Every META PCs system ships double-boxed with custom-cut foam inserts so it arrives safely. We ship across the United States and Canada and include full tracking on every order. Most orders go out within 1 to 3 business days of build completion, and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

*Please note that the extended warranty must be purchased at the time of sale and cannot be added after the initial purchase. The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and any hardware purchased from META PCs and is non-transferable. Additionally, it does not cover damages caused by accidents, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond normal usage.

Frequently Asked Questions

The lifetime service and support warranty covers diagnostics, software troubleshooting, PC cleaning, and general maintenance for as long as you own your META PCs system. Bring it into a META PCs location, mail it in, or contact us online. Our technicians will diagnose and service it at no charge.

The standard 1-year hardware warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use conditions. This includes your CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, storage drives, power supply, and all factory-installed components. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or modifications made after purchase.

To claim a warranty repair, bring your PC into any MetaPCs store location. Our technicians will run a full diagnostic to identify the issue. If the failure is covered under warranty, we'll repair or replace the component at no cost to you. For remote customers, please contact us via our website to arrange a mail-in service.

Extended warranty plans (2-year and 3-year) must be purchased at the time of your original system purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to add extended coverage after the sale has been completed. If you're unsure, ask a team member in-store before finalizing your order.

The lifetime service and support warranty and the 1-year hardware warranty are both tied to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

Every system ships double-boxed with custom-cut foam inserts. We secure the GPU, CPU cooler, and other heavy components internally before the box leaves our shop, so nothing comes loose in transit. Each shipment includes a packing slip and a quick-start sheet for first boot.

Most orders go out within 1 to 3 business days of build completion. Standard transit across the US and Canada takes another 2 to 5 business days depending on your address. Expedited Shipping options are available at checkout.

We ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders go through standard customs processing, and any import duties are calculated at checkout. If you're outside the US or Canada and want a build, contact us and we'll see what we can work out.

If your system arrives damaged, photograph the box and the damage right away and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Risk of loss in transit is governed by the carrier, so the damage claim is filed through them. We're happy to walk you through the claim process and discuss repair options once it's resolved.

Yes. Once your system ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link so you can follow it from our shop to your door. Tracking updates usually appear within a few hours of carrier pickup.

You can return any product to us for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returned products must be unused, in original unopened packaging, and include all documentation, media, and components from the original shipment. A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items, and any merchant or financing fees we incurred at the time of sale are deducted from your refund. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Email support@metapcs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send back return instructions, and your return must be postmarked back to us within 30 days of your original purchase date. All returns must be shipped using a service that offers tracking, packaged properly in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit. You're responsible for the cost of return shipping and for any loss or damage to the product during the return.

Custom-configured builds follow the same 30-day return window, but returns require unopened original packaging. Parts on a custom build can't be restocked once it's been opened, so an opened custom build is no longer eligible for a refund. If you want to back out of a custom order before it ships, email us within 3 business days of your purchase date to cancel. Outside that window, contact us to discuss options.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a reasonable time after inspection. After that, your bank or card provider typically takes another 3 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.

If we shipped you the wrong system or a component doesn't match your order, contact support@metapcs.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the packing slip and any mismatched parts. We'll review and arrange to send the correct item at no shipping cost to you.
